About Us

OfficeTech Ltd is a small service company (Staff of 4) specialising in office type equipment. We service both end users and resellers.

We have been in operation for over 12 years, and have authorisation from many of the major brands and suppliers, such as Brother, Canon, Casio, Sharp, Epson, Esselte, Dymo, Olympus, Dictaphone, Aurora, Samsung, Dahle, Plus, Ideal, Elmo, Philips, Rapid, and 3M to name some examples.

We have had over twenty years experience in many types of equipment service. We are happy to look at anything and are well equipped to look at the lesser-known brands. Our philosophy is, if it is fixable we will do it.

Because our rates are so reasonable we can often economically repair some of the cheaper items like calculators. It also means that we can offer cost effective service for equipment resellers who do not have their own service department or they get too busy etc.

Officetech has the appropriate electrical registration and current practicing license, thus making it legal for us to work on your electrical appliances. This is necessary in terms of a requirement of law, and assuring you of safe practices, which also keeps the insurance companies happy. We are happy to open an account for those who wish to use our service regularly.
